To help ensure a smooth and timely review, please be prepared to provide the following. Having this information ready in advance will help avoid delays.
Billing AddressYour company's billing address for invoicing purposes. |
Shipping AddressPrimary shipping destination for your orders. |
AP Contact InfoContact name, email address, and phone number for your Accounts Payable department. |
Purchasing Contact InfoContact name, email address, and phone number for your Purchasing department. |
Billing Email AddressThe email address where invoices and billing statements should be sent. |
Sales Tax Exemption CertificateYour state sales tax exemption certificate, if applicable. |
3 Trade Reference Email AddressesEmail addresses for three existing vendors or suppliers who can verify your payment history. Nectarine will contact them directly on your behalf. |
